Picked up a felt decree 3, I live about 3 hours away and on my first ride the pedal sheared out of the crank arm. Bothell Ski & Bike was extremely easy to work with offered to replace my parts VIA mail but preferred to do the work themselves, I brought the bike in and they upgraded my crank and bottom bracket parts for free and installed them within 40 minutes of me dropping the bike off and then gave me a sweet deal on some pedals because of how far I had to drive. Outstanding customer service when I buy my DH bike it will definately be from here!

This is the local bike shop for me. Mostly high end bikes and gear. I take my 30 year old mountain bike in for minimal service and they always treat me like I've got one of the $6000 bikes. Really good people. Can't compare pricing because I don't go anywhere else. I recommend them!
