My son's haircut was very uneven. We ended up going elsewhere to have it fixed since had no confidence left in the man who cut his hair. The coupon we used was not worth the cost of fixing it across the street. Ended up being a very expensive cheap haircut.
Showed up 15 minutes after they opened and saw an employee with her purse still on her shoulder, I assume she was clocking in. Checked myself in and sat down without being greeted. Only one person in front of me who was also waiting. I sat there for 10 minutes (now 25 minutes after they opened) and they were still prepping their stations and not a single person had gotten a haircut. After 15 minutes I got up and left. I went to great clips next door and was greeted immediately and got a haircut.
Wasted 1 hour here today - to still not get my sons hair cut. Only 2 “stylists” working and one of them leaves with 6 people ‘on deck’ without saying a word to any of us waiting. Slow, bad service. Terrible. Will NEVER go to this location again.
Previously I had Sport Clips at 4 stars, and as a company I would still give them that. This particular experience at this location was a little disappointing. Every time I go in there is a new staff and this time they were not in sync. My stylists seemed timid and not confident in her skills, and it wasn't a great cut. Another stylists was just walking around and talking loudly and kept leaving and coming back. Also only one stylist had a uniform on. Not the experience I've come to expect from Sport Clips hopefully they can get their staffing dialed in or I'm driving to the one in Factoria for my haircuts!
Great service, every time I've gone I've had a different person cutting my hair but the cut doesn't differ much and you can choose to wait for certain stylist. Shampoo treatment feels great, only downside is usually atleast a 15 minute wait.
