We went to Maser's off of good facebook reviews. Reading Google reviews it seems to be 50/50. We are very disappointed!
Needless to say his fur will grow back but we will not be returning.
The staff was very friendly and the groomer even came out to talk about what kind of cut we wanted on out terrier.

5 hours later, which is understandable we pick our dog up and I can tell right away the cut is uneven. They immediately said he has a "hot spot" which was caused by fleas and was VERY red and irritated. Our dog has NEVER had fleas or shown any signs of scratching. It looked like the shears were used w/o a gaurd and dug into him. (He never once tried to scratch or lick the spot, and 7 hours after picking him up the "hot spot" is gone) His whole coat looks like the shears were used w/o the gaurd and it is very "chunky" looking and VERY uneven. There is a huge line an inch wide and four inches long on his neck that is almost down to the skin.
It also seems like they did not clean/wash/brush him after the cut because he is sheading a TON and he is also itching a lot which he never does.
