Clean, well lit, friendly staff, easy parking, what's not to like?
This in front of several other customers. Then it turns out the box I wanted to ship was too expensive (I later got shipping paid for by the company since there was a mistake on the details of the item). So because of his mean attitude towards me I felt disgusted by the whole interaction and when I went to leave he yelled at me and told me I had to pay for the tape even though I didn't even ship my package. I don't disagree that since I used the tape to bundle up my package that I should pay for it, but 1. He didn't ring me up for the tape before I used it and 2. It was just his overall attitude about the whole thing that made me want to leave the store. So I handed him back the tape and left since I didn't even ship my package and he literally chased after me out of the store and ran out to my car and wrote down my license plate number to give to the cops. Over a $5 roll of tape! I had to run into the store to stop him as I could tell he really wanted me to leave so he could get me arrested if possible. Like I could tell he really wanted that to happen. It had nothing to do with customer service or being a nice guy or treating your customers with courtesy or anything like that. This guy just wanted someone to yell at and be mean to and take out his frustration on. I wanted so bad to punch him, but we don't live in that kind of world anymore and I'd rather not go to jail over a loser like him. Although it would be so fulfilling.
Parking is a bit on the bad side but the customer service here is always on point!
The Asian counter guy in here is horrific. I've never had a worse experience with customer service than I had with this guy. He is mad at life. I asked for some tape to use and it's not that I disagree with the store policy to not give out tape for the customers to use (really they should do that to be accommodating), but it's the way that he talked to me. "Buy some tape if you need to tape your box. We don't give it out". Just his tone and flat response and latent hatred in his eyes for what or who, I don't know, maybe white people, how much he hates his job, how he never gets laid with that terrible hair cut and worse attitude, who knows? But his voice was full of contempt and he was obviously looking for an opportunity to be mean to someone, anyone, who is possibly enjoying their life more than him.
The long hair Asian is a real dick,he looks like he's going to go postal on you any minute, if you don't like your job get a new one,what a real peace of work, as trump would say your fired they wouldn't even get a half a star but had to put one up to review
At any rate I went in and embarrassingly paid for the tape that I barely used, in front of about five other customers. Probably the single worst incident I've ever had with customer service. I can't think of a more embarrassing and enraging moment as that in my entire life. This guy is absolutely the worst customer service clerk I've ever come across. He is on par with the soup nazi from Seinfeld. I mean really really bad guy. I told him I would call and complain and he said "Here" and arrogantly gave me a copy of the Kenmore Post office phone number. So who am I supposed to call and complain to?
I have to send out Etsy orders somewhat regularly, and this post office is my favorite to go to. They are friendly and don't hassle me.
